1.HOW TO TEST JOSS POWDER BY MACHINE?

We use the Rion VT-06 Viscometer to accurately measure viscosity and verify that each batch meets the required specifications.

We regularly test the viscosity of our joss powder (ranging from 36 Cup to 42 Cup) before every shipment.

 Equipment and Materials need:

– Rion VT-06 Viscometer

– 450 ml Clean Water

– Joss Powder 8g

Step 1: Weigh 8 grams of joss powder and measure 450 ml of clean water into the blender.

Step 2: Add the 8 grams of joss powder to the blender and blend for 30 seconds until the mixture is well dispersed.

Step 3: Set the Rion VT-06 Viscometer to Rotor No. 2.

Step 4: Pour the prepared joss powder solution into the test cup and place it under the viscometer. Measure the viscosity for 3 minutes.

Step 5: Record the viscosity reading displayed by the viscometer at the 3-minute mark.
